Design Consultation

“Begin with a great design” is not just our tagline, it’s our philosophy. We can meet with you at your home or our showroom to discuss layouts, options, and general pricing.

This design consultation is completely complimentary and without obligation.

If you feel confident that we can create your perfect kitchen at the amount that you plan to invest, we ask for 10% retainer. This retainer fee is credited back to you on the 50% order deposit, so it doesn't cost you anything.

Custom Design Process

After measuring your home or taking dimensions from your floorplans, we will get to work designing your perfect kitchen. We design your kitchen with our state- of-the-art software that produces three-dimensional renderings, so that you can see what your perfect kitchen looks like before placing orders. We also assist you with scheduling appointments with appliance and plumbing professionals.

Design Presentation

Once your custom renderings are completed. We will invite you to our showroom for a presentation. Seeing your new kitchen three dimensionally enables you to see both what you love, and what you'd love to change. We will note these changes and make all the necessary revisions. We will also help you select countertops, backsplash, and lighting.

Construction

Along with the renderings, we also draw construction documents. We will meet with your contractor, or recommend a couple that we know do great work. Past projects have shown that having detailed plans gets you a more competitive price from the contractor. We will also be available to consult with your contractor throughout the process to help ensure the construction process goes as smoothly as possible.
